When & How to Conduct a Phase-1 Environmental Site Assessment
Phase I ESAs are performed for many reasons, due diligence for site selection, financing or refinancing requirements, internal audits, etc. The program will discuss advantages of performing ESAs when appropriate, pitfalls to performing them when not appropriate, and how to select and manage environmental professionals when contracting for ESAs.
