IAMC Honorarium Program

Purpose: To introduce high profile corporate real estate executives to IAMC by awarding them a
prestigious Honorarium.

Honorarium Recipient Benefits

IAMC Membership for one year.

Registration to one Professional Forum within 12 months of the award. Registration for the following
Professional Forum is complimentary as a benefit of current IAMC Active Membership.

Travel costs to one Professional Forum, including one round-trip airline ticket and hotel room
excluding incidentals.

Participation in IAMC Professional Forums, Leadership Development Seminars and IAMC Research Roundtables.

Networking with peers in a professional and comfortable environment.

Eligibility Criteria
May not be a current Active Member of IAMC.
Must hold a high level position in manufacturing/ industrial companies, or have corporate real estate as a primary responsibility.
Must have a commitment to attend both IAMC Professional Forums during the period of membership.
Must have a commitment to become involved in IAMC.

Nomination Process
Any IAMC member may nominate a prospective Active Member for this program.
May be self-nominated.
Nominations may be submitted at any time.

Selection Process
A committee of Active Members will review nominations and make recommendations to the Board of Directors for approval of Honorarium Awards.
IAMC Chairperson will appoint Honorarium Committee Members.
A Membership Committee member will serve on this committee. An Active Member will chair this committee.
Awards will be made by the Board of Directors at any of their meetings during the year.
Recipients will be notified of the award and the expected commitment to IAMC.
IAMC Honorarium Program contributors and sponsors CANNOT be part of the selection process.

Funding
An organization must be an IAMC Sponsor to participate in this program. Five percent of sponsorship revenue will be designated for the Honorarium Program. This will be another significant benefit available only to IAMC Sponsors. An interest-bearing IAMC Honorarium Program Account will be established for this program. Unused funds will remain in the account as reserves for the program.
