For your convenience, the first evening’s reception will take place on the Vanderbilt Terrace at The Grove Park Inn.

Without exception, Biltmore Estates is one of the most breath-taking venues in the world and is the setting for the Sunday evening Welcome Reception and Dinner. Prior to dinner, guests will be given tickets to tour this magnificent 250-room mansion. Dinner will be served on the South Terrace that looks out over the purple majesty of the Blue Ridge Mountains, one of the most scenic areas of the Appalachians. Terry M. Bellamy, Mayor of Asheville, will welcome IAMC to her beautiful city.

After a wonderful evening at one of the country’s finest venues, join your friends and colleagues for coffee, cordials and dessert on the terraces at The Grove Park Inn.

As the sun begins to set over the Blue Ridge Mountains, join your colleagues for cocktails and light hors d’oeuvres before dinner. This reception will take place on the beautiful Vanderbilt Terrace at The Grove Park Inn.

The Mountain View Terrace at The Grove Park Inn features one of the most spectacular views of the mountains and is the location for Tuesday evening’s networking reception. While mingling with friends, you will enjoy the ambience and surroundings of this fabulous 100+ year-old lodge. As usual, heavy hors d'oeuvres will be served.

Following dinner, plan to meet up with your colleagues for the final evening networking event of the Professional Forum — the Mississippi Moonlight & Music Lounge for cordials, coffee and hand-selected desserts.
