David Snyder Executive Vice President Structure Tone Southwest David Snyder started his sales career in the construction industry more than 30 years ago. Mr. Snyder joined Constructors & Associates in 1990 as Director of Business Development and led the business development efforts growing the company into a national construction company with $300 million in annual revenues. In 2001, he joined WorkPlaceUSA, a full service real estate firm, as Senior Vice President of Sales. After a short tenure at WorkPlaceUSA, he joined Crescent Real Estate Equities, one of the largest office REITS in the United States, as Vice President of National Marketing and Development. Mr. Snyder returned to Constructors & Associates in May of 2003 as Executive Vice President and a member of the executive management committee where he continues to lead the sales and marketing teams. Mr. Snyder received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington and did his graduate studies at The Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. Mr. Snyder currently sits on the Board of Directors of IAMC and is co-chair of the Region's Committee. He is a member of IAMC, CoreNet, NTCAR, The Real Estate Council and American Society of Mechanical Engineers. Close Window
