Mert Livingstone is Vice President, Workplace Solutions for Johnson & Johnson. Mert provides leadership for global strategic portfolio planning and has direct operational responsibilities for J&Js North American portfolio of sites.
Mert has 25 years of leadership experience in corporate real estate and facilities management within the pharmaceutical industry, including Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Pharmacia, Monsanto and G. D. Searle.
Mert is a member of the board of directors for IAMC (Industrial Asset Management Council), currently serving as Chairperson. He is also a member of CoreNet Global, currently serving on the faculty for CoreNets SLCR curriculum.
Mert holds a B.S. in Business from Roosevelt University (Chicago, Ill) and an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management (Lake Forest, Ill).

George A. Manos, a native of Canton, Ohio, graduated in 1973 from Ohio Northern University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering.
Following graduation, Mr. Manos began working for U. S. Steel in the Commercial Department at the company's Cleveland office. After serving for a brief period as an electrical maintenance manager at Lorain Works in Ohio, he returned to the Commercial Department in 1976. Mr. Manos initially worked as a sales representative for the department, then steadily advanced through a number of management positions in marketing and personnel.
In 1986, Mr. Manos returned to Lorain Works when he was named manager of marketing and business planning. Promoted to assistant to the president in 1989, Mr. Manos played a significant role in the formation of U. S. Steel's joint venture with Kobe Steel of Japan, USS/Kobe Steel Company, created to own and operate the former Lorain Works. In 1996, he was named vice president of business processes and public affairs for USS/Kobe.
In 1999, Mr. Manos was named director-administrative, governmental and legal affairs for Republic Technologies International, a company comprised of USS/Kobe and Republic Engineered Steels and Bar Technologies. He remained in that position until 2000, when he was transferred to the former USX Corporation's state governmental affairs office in St. Paul, Minn., to serve as manager-governmental affairs.
In January 2002, following the spin-off of U. S. Steel from USX Corporation, he joined the Public Affairs Department at headquarters in Pittsburgh as manager, public affairs and corporate meetings. He was promoted to general manager-human resources in September 2003, and held that position until he was appointed to his current post in April 2007. As president of U. S. Steel's USS Real Estate division, Mr. Manos is responsible for the management, development and marketing of U. S. Steel's domestic real estate assets.
Mr. Manos serves on the board of directors of Smart Skin, Inc., the Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC) and the Greater Pittsburgh Literacy Council.

Kevin Dollhopf is currently vice president of Worldwide Real Estate for Hanesbrands Inc., one of the largest textile/apparel manufacturing companies in the world featuring consumer brands including Hanes, Champion, Playtex, Bali, and Wonderbra. Hanesbrands employees 50,000 people working in a real estate portfolio that consists of more than 25 million square feet of manufacturing, distribution, office and retail space in 23 countries.
Dollhopf has expertise in developing centralized real estate functions for newly created public companies with under-managed real estate portfolios, such as the Earthgrains Company spin-off from Anheuser Busch in 1996 and the Hanesbrands spin-off from Sara Lee in 2006. He has a wide range of real estate experience in financing, research, leasing, and portfolio optimization from working for several Fortune 500 companies in the banking, retailing, real estate, and consumer packaged goods industries.
Dollhopf has an MBA in finance from Washington University in St. Louis and an M.A. in urban planning from Miami University in Ohio. He has been a member of IAMC since 2002, received his MCR in 1998 and is the former 2005-2006 president of the St. Louis Chapter of CoreNet. Dollhopf's civic involvement includes board participation in the YMCA, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and the Humane Society.

Doyle Shea joined 3M in 2005. His current responsibilities include the planning, development and execution of real estate strategy for 3M subsidiaries located in Asia and Latin America. In the U.S. Doyle manages the real estate issues involving 3M's distribution network and a number of strategic owned manufacturing locations. The team that reports to Doyle is responsible for the real estate strategy and transactions in the US and Canada.
Prior to joining 3M Doyle was based in Chicago and spent twenty years with R.R. Donnelley and one year with W.W. Grainger. At both firms he managed the real estate and construction activity for their U.S. and international locations.
A charter member of IAMC, Doyle is currently serving as Vice Chairman on the Board of Directors and has been a member of the board since 2007. He has served on the Program Delivery committee since 2005, most recently as chair.
Doyle has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Economics from the University of Iowa and completed advanced accounting courses at the University of Nebraska-Kearney and construction management courses at Illinois Institute of Technology.

Jack has been with Glaxo since 1988. He started with the company as Treasurer for Glaxo's US holding company and spent five years in Investor Relations. Following the merger of Glaxo Wellcome & SmithKline Beecham in 2001, Jack joined GSK's real estate department whose role it was to minimize the risk associated with GSK real estate assets. This included site selection, lease negotiations, disposition of surplus assets, lease audits, tax appeals, lease administration, and encouraging business to use space efficiently and effectively.
GlaxoSmithKline is a Global Pharmaceutical company with $24.4 billion in turnover in 2008, and 100,000 employees. Its major therapeutic areas are Respiratory, Anti-virals, Central Nervous system, Cardiovascular, Metabolic, Anti-bacterial, Oncology, Vaccines, and Consumer Healthcare.
Prior to joining Glaxo, Jack worked as a senior accountant for a shipping & brokerage company then spent 6 years as Comptroller for an expedition cruise & travel company.
Jack is active in IAMC, and is currently the Chair for the Future Sites Committee, and served on Leadership and Member Relations Committee.
Jack has Bachelor of Arts degree from Villanova University and accounting from Kings College.
Jack has been married for over 30 years to his wife Mary Ellen, and has three children.

Sarah Roberts, senior vice president-economic development, leads the regional economic development team of the Greater Waco Chamber. The economic development team aims to "grow Waco" by creating new jobs and increasing investment in Waco's diverse economic sectors. Roberts' team is responsible for business recruitment, expansions, market research and strategic development opportunities for the Greater Waco area. Working with the Waco Industrial Foundation, Roberts manages acquisition, disposition and development of a 2,200-acre real estate portfolio to enhance the competitiveness of the Greater Waco area.
Since joining the team in 2003, Roberts has been in involved with more than 50 new location and expansion projects with numerous firms, including Associated Hygienic Products, L-3, Caterpillar, The Dwyer Group, Allergan, and Profiles International. Roberts also led the planning and implementation of a 5-year master plan for the Waco Industrial Foundation land holdings.
