Thank you for recommending IAMC to a friend or colleague! There are several ways to refer new Active members:

Option 1:
Send a preformatted e-mail to as many potential Active members as you like. Please feel free to edit the text as you see fit or even to add your own testimonial about membership in IAMC.

You may copy and paste the text (below) directly into an e-mail of your own. Please copy Cathy Pierce, IAMC director of membership, at cathy.pierce@iamc.org, or send her a list of who you e-mailed. That way, we can make sure you get full credit for the members you refer.

Option 2:
Download a PDF of the Active member application and forward it to a friend. Again, please let us know who you send the application to so we can credit you for any new members you refer.

Option 3:
Fill out the online referral form, and we will contact your friend or colleague on your behalf.

I am writing to recommend to you a professional association that I believe can benefit you as much as it has benefited me - the Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC).

IAMC is the only professional association that directly serves the needs of corporate real estate executives at manufacturing companies.  The members are a veritable who's who of corporate real estate, including the senior real estate directors at such Fortune-ranked companies as Honeywell, GE, Coca Cola, Pfizer, Weyerhaeuser and the Linde Group.

IAMC provides it members with practical applications, research, tools and best-practices year-round to help impact the bottom-line and make a positive difference to your company and your career.  Additionally, the Professional Forums they offer twice per year are the best events I have been to.  The professional development sessions are interactive and cover timely material.  I always leave with new ideas to take back to the office.  The networking events are collegial and non-sales focused – you have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with fellow members rather than being barraged by business cards and sales pitches.

I am currently a member in IAMC, and the return on investment has made the dues and Forum registration fees more than worth it.
