Air Travel
We are pleased to announce American Airlines as an official
carrier for the IAMC Fall 2005 Professional Forum. We have
arranged the following discount for the conference attendees:
a) 5% discount on Coach and First Class fares.
b) After the ticket is purchased, but prior to outbound flight
departure date, the name may be changed for a service fee.
For fare and schedule information and to make your reservations,
please call the American Airlines Meeting Services at 1-800-433-
1790 and provide the discount code A39H5AV. Their hours of operation
are 5am to 12 midnight Central Time every day of the year.
This discount is valid from the 5th thru the 15th of October 2005, for
travel to Corpus Christi, Texas.

Avis has provided IAMC with discounted rates, which will be available one week before and one week after the Professional Forum.
Should a lower rate become available at the time of booking, Avis will provide an additional 5% discount off the lower rate or the meeting rate, whichever is lower. All rates include unlimited mileage.
Airport Transfers/Shuttle Service
Shuttle Service
Complimentary shuttle service is available from the airport to the
Omni Bayfront Hotel. Look for the IAMC Welcome Desk in the
Corpus Christi International Airport.
Taxi Service
Taxi service between the airport and the Omni Bayfront Hotel is
also available just outside the baggage claim area.
