Regions Update

The initial luncheon of the new IAMC South Central Region’s event series, sponsored by USAA Realty and Constructors & Associates,

Immediate past IAMC chair and current board member Bob Zane, vice president-real estate operations for Campbell Soup Co.
will feature luncheon speaker Robert Zane, past chair of IAMC and vice president of real estate operations for Campbell Soup Co. Russell Burton, senior manager of PepsiCo Industrial Real Estate and Economic Development, will also be on hand to give a brief personal testimony of the value IAMC has provided him. As an example of the specific benefits IAMC participation provides, the two will highlight the dynamic "Lease vs. Buy" Research Roundtable discussion held at the Fall 2005 IAMC Professional Forum.

The event will take place Thursday, January 26, 2006, from 12:00 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. at the Aurora Restaurant, 4216 Oaklawn (at Wycliff) in Dallas, Texas.

With the help of the sponsors, the initial event is free of charge to corporate active members. Registration for associate members and service providers will be $25 payable at the door by cash or check only. However, in support of the South Central Region’s commitment to engaging new active members, associate members and service providers who bring a prospective active member will receive free admission for both registrations. Registration is limited to 50.
