This workshop extends the work of a Fall 2005 Professional Forum workshop that examined the industrial lease clauses dealing with common area maintenance charges, facility maintenance and building measurement. In San Diego, the program will deal with three fresh clauses that will be briefly introduced and evaluated by an Active-member panelist; then the workshop’s attendees will be engaged for Q&A and discussion of that clause’s risks and how these can be addressed.
