The information can be viewed only by IAMC staff, which uses it to support committees in finding individuals with special skills and background. For instance, the Program Delivery Committee uses the information to help identify potential panelists and speakers to address special topics at Professional Forums. This is a big help because the Forums depend on members sharing their experiences with others to make up a hefty proportion of the learning delivered there.
