IAMC Executive Director Ron Starner writes, "How do you measure the value of the Industrial Asset Management Council? At IAMC headquarters, we use a number of metrics that measure membership growth and retention, Professional Forum registration growth, revenue growth and other key measurables. ... Still, nothing measures the value of IAMC quite as well as a good, old-fashioned membership survey - which is exactly what we did two months ago in an email questionnaire sent out to all Active members."
