"Since its inception in 2005, the Leadership Development Program (LDP) has been developing leaders for IAMC by offering twice-annual, leadership-focused seminars at the Professional Forums, encouraging those in the program to contribute to IAMC's success by committee service and other means, and recognizing those who complete the program as 'IAMC Fellows.'"
