
New Faces on the Board of Directors

IAMC is pleased to announce the January 19 election of Todd Clark as secretary of the board of directors and Kevin Dollhopf as a director. Clark is director of global real estate for Cummins, and Dollhopf is vice president of worldwide real estate for Hanesbrands.
Clark joined Cummins in 2007. He and his department are responsible for worldwide master planning, transaction management, project management, lease administration, strategic planning, and execution of the master/strategic plans for all Cummins business unit requirements. He also is a member of Cummins' Capital Council, Manufacturing Leaders Council, Crisis Team, Global Facilities Council, and Energy Efficiency Team. Clark has been a member of IAMC since December of 2005 and currently co-chairs the Education & Research Committee.

Dollhopf has expertise in developing centralized real estate functions for newly created public companies with under-managed real estate portfolios, such as the Earthgrains Company, a spin-off from Anheuser Busch in 1996, and Hanesbrands, a spin-off from Sara Lee in 2006. He has a wide range of real estate experience in financing, research, leasing, and portfolio optimization from working for several Fortune-500 companies in the banking, retailing, real estate and consumer packaged goods industries. Dollhopf joined IAMC in January of 2003.
