Official Policies

IAMC 10th Anniversary Celebration: 10 Prizes in the First 10 Months of the Year

  1. All IAMC Forum registrants (hereafter referred to as registrants) in good standing are eligible to win except for Student Registrants who may not participate. All registrants must be in good standing with applicable registration fees received no later than the first day of the applicable Forum (April 21, 2012, for Jan., Feb. and March winners; Oct. 13 for April, May, June, July, Aug., Sept. and Oct. winners). IAMC staff are not eligible.
  2. All registrants who register for the Forum online at http://www.iamc.org/events/register.cfm before that month's drawing date will be entered into the drawing each month. Registrants can also fill out the registration form found on the program update brochure http://www.iamc.org/events/austin/pdf/S12AustinUpdateF.pdf ) and mail to IAMC | 6625 The Corners Pkwy., Suite 200 | Norcross, GA 30092 USA or fax to 770-263-8825. Contestants not wishing to register for the Forum can also submit entry on a 3" x 5" card. Handprint your first and last name, street address, city, state, zip code, phone number with area code, and email address. Mail your completed entry to IAMC Attn: Debbie Porter: IAMC | 6625 The Corners Pkwy., Suite 200 | Norcross, GA 30092 USA. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by the 5th of the month to be eligible for that month's drawing. One 3" x 5" card entry per person. Entries which are late, lost, illegible, incomplete, postage due, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules will be disqualified. This offer may not be combined with any other offer.
  3. The contest period is January 1, 2012 through October 5, 2012.
  4. Contestants agree that the decisions and rules outlined by IAMC are final and may not be challenged.
  5. Contestants release and hold harmless IAMC for Association Leadership, its directors, officers, employees, and agents, from any injuries, loss, damage, or liability of any kind arising from or in connection to this campaign or acceptance or use of any prize won.
  6. PRIZE: Ten (10) prize drawings will be held with one (1) drawn for each month of January through October 2012. Each of the ten (10) winners will receive a $100 credit to the host venue hotel. Winners selected in January, February, March and April will receive a one hundred dollar ($100) credit to the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa in Austin, Texas, and will be awarded with the prize in conjunction with the IAMC Spring Forum April 21-25, 2012. Winners selected in May, June, July, August, September and October will receive a one hundred dollar ($100) credit to the Hilton Omaha in Omaha, Nebraska, and will be award with the prize in conjunction with the IAMC Fall Forum October 13-17, 2012.
  7. The drawings will be held on or about the end of each month, except in April and October when the drawings will be held on or about the week immediately preceding the IAMC Spring and Fall Forums respectively. Maximum number of prizes awarded per person: (1) one. Maximum number of prizes awarded per month within the contest period: (1) one.
  8. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for IAMC to use winner's name and likeness for advertising, promotional, and other purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
  9. Prize cash value will be reported to the IRS and any other applicable taxing authorities by IAMC. Any applicable taxes are the obligation of the winner. The winner must supply IAMC with a completed W-9 form in order to receive prize.
  10. The one hundred dollar ($100) hotel credit may not be resold or redeemed for cash or other credit. Credit must be used at the host hotel per hotel guidelines and restrictions or the prize will be forfeited.
  11. If the winner cannot or will not accept the prize, then the prize will be forfeited and/or awarded to an alternate winner.
  12. Any disputes hereunder will be decided by the Executive Director of IAMC at his sole discretion, and any such decision is final. The laws of Georgia apply to this program.
  13. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited.
