"FASB Proposed Lease Accounting Changes and the Impact on Corporate Balance Sheet"
The Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) is proposing lease accounting changes

could significantly shift a corporation's financial strength.
This session will explain accounting changes proposed by FASB, outline rules that will guide
public companies, and present a sample treatment of how an operations lease and a capital lease
affect an Operating Division's occupancy cost. The information will provoke thought about capital
markets, whether to lease or own, sub-leasing strategies and more. Don't miss this important
session!
