MEMBER TESTIMONIALS IAMC Spring 2006 Professional Forum San Diego, California
IAMC continues to provide the founders and directors' main vision of a limited, high quality professional organization that creates partnerships between service providers, key corporate real estate officials, and economic development professionals. The Spring 2006 Forum held recently at the Hotel del Coronado was very beneficial, especially the professional business forums and group meetings for partnering with peer officials. And as for accommodations, how can you top the Del?
David L. Gilfillan Business Development Consultant Nebraska Department of Economic Development
IAMC's semi-annual conferences are always informative, career building, enjoyable, and most importantly, packed with the networking opportunities we all need to be successful.

As a charter member of IAMC, I am pleased with the return that my company has received for its investment in the organization. The Forums provide an outstanding environment for learning, both at the sessions and through the networking opportunities. The organization works very hard to provide the highest possible value to all members, while balancing the membership to effectively achieve this result. Many of my peers attended their first Forum in San Diego and expressed similar sentiments.

As a first time attendee, I was not sure what to expect. Frankly, I was very pleasantly surprised. There was a welcomed informality about the event that quickly led to meaningful networking. In addition, the speakers were as good as I have heard and made the event "well worth the trip."

I particularly enjoyed the enhanced camaraderie and active involvement of the participants during the Research Roundtable and Peer-to-Peer sessions at the San Diego Forum. Those events met our expectations regarding knowledge sharing, full engagement and solid learning, which I could take back to the office immediately.

The recent IAMC Forum in San Diego was my first experience with this professional organization. The conference provided some interesting and timely educational opportunities. I especially found the Research Roundtable and Peer-to-Peer sessions excellent as they provided a focused exchange of insights and views with peers over an appropriate range of relevant issues facing the industrial manufacturing industry today.
Mark A. Beattie Manager, Corporate Real Estate 3M Company
The IAMC Forum in San Diego was testimony to the continued growth of this focused organization. The ease of networking and learning exemplifies the value of IAMC for any professional involved in industrial development.
Jim Zauher President Shasta County EDC
The Spring 2006 IAMC Forum displayed the continued momentum and growth of our organization. The program content was strong, and the quality networking with other corporate real estate executives was invaluable. Planned for Williamsburg, the Fall 2006 Forum is certain to be a quality repeat.
