Personalize Your Personal Guest Experience with IAMC
IAMC is pleased to announce a new, more customizable Personal Guest Program. Launching at the Fall 2007 Professional Forum in St. Louis, personal guests of attendees will have a special Personal Guest Lounge and three event registration options.
Equipped with a bulletin board for messages, brochures from the local Convention & Visitor's Bureau and light refreshments, the Personal Guest Lounge will be an ideal locale to meet with friends and plan activities. The Lounge will be open from Sunday, October 7, at noon until Tuesday, October 9, at 5 p.m.
Additionally, IAMC is now offering personal guests greater registration flexibility through three tiered options:
- $300 secures attendance at all food & beverage functions, including:
- Networking breakfasts on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
- Luncheons on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday
- Evening receptions on Saturday, Monday and Tuesday
- Welcome Reception and Dinner on Sunday
- $200 grants attendance at:
- Evening receptions on Monday* and Tuesday*
- Welcome Reception and Dinner on Sunday
- $100 affords the option of attendance at:
- Welcome Reception and Dinner on Sunday*
- OR -
- Evening receptions on Monday* and Tuesday*
Personal guest registration for any tier can be done online at the same time as the primary Forum registration. If the primary Forum registration has already been completed and needs to be amended to include a personal guest, please contact Debbie Porter at debbie.porter@iamc.org.
