The Surplus Property Clearinghouse is a Web-based tool for IAMC Active members to share information on surplus industrial and manufacturing properties with those searching for space. It’s a property database of Active members’ surplus properties that can be accessed by anyone. The service’s purpose is to reduce the time and cost required for companies to move their properties.
