The 3 1/2-day meeting will include high-quality networking opportunities and an ever-timely learning experience that:
Emphasizes the relationship between global economics, a sound financial
matrix and corporate growth or shareholder wealth.
Showcases Best of class corporate business practices.
Explains how to develop, implement and manage corporate specific growth strategies.
General Session and Luncheon presenters will address a variety of topics relevant to corporate real estate and asset management in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. The popular Peer-to-Peer Session will provide an opportunity for corporate, economic development and service provider professionals to talk candidly in their respective groups and collectively about their expectations of each other. Workshops will offer how-to instructions for a variety corporate real estate activities including design build, project management, lease management, and capital appropriations.

The education sessions will end at 3 p.m. on Tuesday in order to transport IAMC attendees to the Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Center "Boneyard" for a docent-guided tour of over 5,000 retired military and commercial aircraft. After this tour, IAMC attendees will be taken to Pima Air and Space Museum for a reception and dinner and a host of entertaining and educational activities, including:
- a guided tour of President Kennedy's Air Force One
- an experience on the Morphis
flight simulator
- an opportunity to explore over
100 years of aviation history
- a narrated tram tour of the museum grounds with over 250 aircraft on display
- a picture made in the cockpit of an F-15 Eagle, a supersonic SR-71 Blackbird or an A-10 Warthog
The evening will culminate in Hangar 4 with a spectacular dinner prepared by Tucson's finest caterer and will be served under the wings of the B-29 Bomber, "Sentimental Journey." This promises to be an afternoon and evening that will not soon be forgotten.
