IAMC

INDUSTRIAL ASSEST MANAGEMENT COUNCIL

IAMC is committed to providing a collaborative, peer-focused environment where members can connect, learn and build lasting professional relationships. As such, unsolicited solicitations – including sales-driven outreach, mass emails, meeting requests or promotional messages to corporate members – are prohibited without their prior approval.

This restriction applies to all IAMC members and their representatives, including service providers and economic developers.

Acceptable Practices

While proactive engagement is encouraged, members must adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Make personal introductions, not mass solicitations. Respect the tone of IAMC events by focusing on authentic relationship-building.
  • Obtain permission before sending sales-related outreach (email, messaging, meeting requests, etc.).
  • Refrain from distributing promotional materials or business cards in a manner that could be perceived as intrusive or unsolicited.
  • Promotional visibility should be secured through official IAMC sponsorship opportunities.

Of course, at IAMC, relationships come first – and business naturally follows. When a corporate member requests your information, please follow through. Genuine connections often lead to meaningful opportunities, and we encourage you to honor those requests.
