James Dearsley is an innovator and transformational leader, tackling some of the most challenging real estate industry issues. James helped create the PropTech movement and has delivered over 140 speeches worldwide on digital transformation and innovation. He was recently awarded a "Global Influencer Award" in Mexico for services to the real estate industry, has been twice shortlisted by the Property Press Media Awards for being the "Commentator of the Year", and last year shortlisted for a "Special Achievement" award by the British Property Federation and the UK PropTech Association.

James is CEO of a Climate Tech firm, Verv Energy, who specialise in using artificial intelligence and machine learning to support automatic fault finding and predictive maintenance in HVAC systems. James has co-authored a book about digital transformation and Innovation in real estate, due to be published later this year.

Media Business Leader, Coach & Comedian


Cally Beaton is a media entrepreneur, podcaster, writer and performer whose career has, among other things, seen her being the youngest and only female member of the ITV board and most recently doing a 10-year stint as Senior Vice President at US studio giant Viacom CBS - responsible for brands such as MTV, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon and Paramount Pictures. So if you want someone to blame for bringing South Park and SpongeBob SquarePants to the world, you need look no further.

Join Cally at the IAMC Forum this June where she will explore how to engender change (both personal and organisational), inspire teams and develop a positive, agile, and inclusive environment.

Former CEO, Eurostar and Sainsbury’s Bank

Hamish Taylor - 300

From flat beds on BA flights to the turnaround of Eurostar and Sainsbury's Bank, Hamish Taylor drives innovation in businesses, successfully leading them through times of change or challenge.

Trained in brand management at Procter & Gamble Ltd, Hamish went on to become Management Consultant at PwC, Head of Brands at British Airways (where he was responsible for the airline’s passenger brands), CEO of Eurostar, and CEO of Sainsbury’s Bank.

A Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Bankers and of the Chartered Institute of Transport, Hamish is also a trustee of the Robert T Jones memorial scholarship, serves as a non-executive Director of Chartered Brands, and chairs the EMEA advisory board for Emory University. Hamish provides business insight at all levels, from Prime Ministers and CEOs to front-line staff, inspiring audiences with his humorous stories, practical tools and infectious enthusiasm.
