Over the last ten years, we have seen dramatic changes; the iPhone altered
the mobile device, a crippling financial crisis reshaped several industries, oil 
prices dipped, the use of data and technology has increased at incredible 
rates. Business continues to adapt to these items, new competitors and to 
look for opportunities to maintain and grow their markets. This has seen
trends towards greater globalization and extended supply chains. But one 
thing is clear that the pace has continued to increase and the rate of change
has accelerated. Therefore the need to understand, quantify and manage risk
successfully has increased importance. Through this presentation, we will 
look at how choices relating to industrial assets affect resilience; there
selection, use and potential protection strategies.
