Global Demand for Industrial Space
The global demand for industrial space has never been stronger. E-commerce growth, supply chain restructuring, shifting from just-in-time logistics to just-in-case planning, and nearshoring have all combined to make industrial the hottest segment of the real estate market. The program will examine this phenomenon and provide two important perspectives: from the Owner and from the Tenant/End User.
