Sustainable Industrial Development - Challenging the Status Quo
ESG is an acronym which is becoming ever more prevalent in real estate development, with Environmental seemingly being at the forefront.  Though most people might not think industrial development would be a trailblazer in sustainability, a warehouse in South Dallas is showcasing just how sustainable industrial real estate can be.  From utilizing the renewable resource of mass timber to leveraging advancing concrete technologies, the development team will join us to share how this project came to fruition, lessons learned and how this advances forward.  Attendees will also hear about smaller, more incremental sustainable ideas they can implement immediately within their own portfolio.
