Curtis Thomas, Corporate Relations Advisor for Shell Poymers Curtis Thomas is the Corporate Relations Advisor for Shell Polymers Monaca. Curtis has been on the Shell Polymers project for nearly three years and has been with Shell for eight years. Curtis is in charge of media relations, social investment and stakeholder engagement. He formerly worked with Shell’s Deepwater oil and gas exploration department as an external relations expert, based in New Orleans, Louisiana. Previous to Curtis’ Shell career, he worked for BP America for nearly 15 years, where he held several different government and public affairs positions, including being a company spokesperson for BP during the Deepwater Horizon oil spill. Born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska, Curtis thoroughly enjoys experiencing the weather that comes with having four distinct seasons in Pennsylvania.
