Program Overview

Sub-Zero Tour
Join us for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of Sub-Zero Wolf’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Goodyear, Arizona. This event will highlight Sub-Zero’s commitment to American manufacturing since 1945 and provide insight into why the company chose Goodyear as a key location for production.

During the tour, we will explore how Sub-Zero has expanded and adapted this facility to meet growing demand, the role of city and state support, including incentives and infrastructure improvements, and how the Foreign Trade Zone designation benefits operations. Additionally, Sub-Zero will share their strategies for employee attraction and retention in today’s competitive labor market and other key factors that contribute to Sub-Zero’s ongoing success.

This is a unique opportunity to see world-class manufacturing in action and gain valuable insights into the intersection of business growth, economic development, and industry innovation.

By integrating site selection, labor/data analytics, employee demographics, incentives, transaction management, and project/construction management, this strategy aligns real estate decisions with workforce needs and operational goals. Learn how Fender was able to secure the right location, optimize costs, and create a workspace that supports innovation and growth.
