This three-month skills path is designed for industrial real estate
professionals who are ready to move beyond analysis and master the art of
execution. Whether you're a corporate asset manager leading the charge, a
service provider supporting a client through a complex transaction, or an
economic developer working to move projects across the finish line — this
program puts you in the middle of real execution challenges that mirror the
work you do every day.
Through a progressive, cohort-based learning experience,
participants develop the skills to manage complex industrial real estate
transactions from approval through operational readiness. Each month builds on
the last: translating approved recommendations into actionable project plans,
sharpening negotiation and coordination skills, and culminating in a
high-stakes capstone that reflects the pressure and complexity of real-world
deals. The Month 3 capstone project brings it all together.

This program will take place both virtually and in-person with a capstone presentation
at IAMC's Fall Forum 2026 in Columbus, Ohio.
