PROGRAM OVERVIEW

BNSF Logistics Park Phoenix: Inland Port Serving the Greater Phoenix Region
BNSF Railway’s Logistics Park Phoenix is creating a next‑generation inland port for the Greater Phoenix region, designed to speed freight movement, expand market reach, and support the area’s rapidly growing logistics demand. Located in one of the nation’s fastest‑growing distribution corridors, the project is anchored by an Intermodal Facility and includes a Logistics Park and Logistics Center to allow for onsite warehousing, assembly, and light manufacturing—enabling products to be staged or value‑added before regional distribution. With strong transportation connectivity and access to key Western markets, Logistics Park Phoenix is positioned to become a critical hub for shippers and distributors seeking scale, efficiency, and long‑term resilience.
