Scaling a Real Estate Team: Continuing the Conversation and Open Roundtable Discussion

The conversation doesn't end with the webinar. Following May's Corporate Connect on scaling corporate real estate teams, this interactive roundtable will revisit questions and topics that were not fully explored during the original session. Participants will have the opportunity to continue the discussion around team structure, resource allocation, growth strategies, and the challenges associated with managing evolving real estate portfolios.

The session will then transition to an open, peer-driven discussion focused on the issues corporate members face today.  Attendees are encouraged to bring questions, challenges, and ideas for group discussion, creating an opportunity to learn from fellow practitioners, share experiences, and gain practical insights from others navigating similar corporate real estate and portfolio management challenges.
