IAMC PILLAR™ Intensive:
Industrial in Transition – Leading through Change Uncertainty

Industrial real estate is evolving faster than at any point in recent history. Seismic shifts brought on by both technology and market dynamics are fundamentally changing how companies operate. How can industrial real estate professionals lead through change and uncertainty?

Bringing cutting-edge insights from academic research, Roger Bailey, Associate Dean of OSU’s Max M. Fisher College of Business, and Trey Addison, Interim Executive Director of OSU’s Center for Real Estate, engage in a fireside chat to connect emerging trends to the real-world decisions industrial real estate leaders are making today.

The session will also include an applied learning experience where participants will work in small groups on a hypothetical industrial real estate challenge and later present to the speakers for feedback. Through insights and active problem solving, this session will help participants identify the changes that matter most, consider their implications and translate broader business trends into actions for their organizations.

This is an IAMC PILLAR program presented in partnership with the Ohio State University’s Center for Real Estate.
