CANCELLATION POLICY:
Deadlines apply to both Forum and personal guest registrations. To be considered for a refund, all cancellation requests must be made in writing. 16 May 2025 is the:
- Last day for standard registration.
- Last day to cancel a registration and receive a refund, less a USD100 administration fee.
