Programme 1: Discover Intermodal Logistics Park North (ILP North)
The Liverpool City Freeport is a designated economic zone designed to stimulate investment and growth in the region. A key component of this initiative is the development of Intermodal Logistics Park North (ILP North) by Tritax Big Box. Key features will include a modern rail freight terminal; over 8 million square feet of high-quality warehousing space; and freeport benefits due to its location in the Freeport zone making it an attractive location for businesses. Expected to boost economic growth, enhance regional and national logistics as well as incorporating many sustainable features, this is not a session to be missed.
