Innovation Takes Center Stage at IAMC’s Fall 2026 Forum

By Rya Hazelwood, Senior Director of Communications & Marketing

The pace of change in today’s business environment is no longer asking organizations to simply adapt. It is demanding that they innovate.

Across the corporate real estate landscape, leaders are navigating economic uncertainty, rapid technological advancement, evolving workforce dynamics, increasing sustainability expectations and shifting portfolio needs. The question is no longer whether disruption will come. The question is how organizations can turn that disruption into opportunity.

At the IAMC Fall 2026 Forum, taking place October 17-21 in Columbus, Ohio, industry leaders will explore the next wave of real estate transformation through the lens of agility, resilience and innovation. Centered on the theme “The Innovation Imperative: Agile Real Estate Strategies for the Future,” the Forum will examine how corporate real estate professionals can embrace new technologies, smarter portfolio strategies and data-driven decision-making to help their organizations lead with confidence in a fast-changing market.

Throughout the Forum, attendees will engage with timely topics shaping the future of industrial real estate, including AI, automation and predictive analytics; sustainability and ESG priorities; and the evolution of workplace and industrial footprints to meet the demands of a dynamic business environment.

As always, IAMC’s Forum programming will combine practical professional development with world-class knowledge sharing, offering members meaningful opportunities to exchange ideas, benchmark strategies and build relationships across the IAMC community. Signature programs will include IAMC Info Exchange, Peer-to-Peer sessions and Get Some Help!, each designed to foster candid dialogue, peer learning and actionable insights.

The Fall Forum will also feature a powerful keynote lineup designed to challenge, inspire and equip attendees. Speakers include David Horsager, CEO of Trust Edge Leadership Institute; Sara Ross, Chief Vitality Officer at BrainAmped; Magnus Lindkvist, Futurologist and Trendspotter; and Chaunté Lowe, four-time Olympian, medalist and cancer survivor.

Corporate members are also invited to take advantage of exclusive Sunday afternoon programming, including the Corporate Roundtable and Interest Group Meetings for Distribution, Facilities Management and Manufacturing professionals. These sessions provide space for deeper peer-to-peer conversation around the real-world challenges and opportunities facing corporate end users.

The future is not waiting. Join IAMC in Columbus as we explore bold ideas, challenge conventional thinking and build the strategies that will propel corporate real estate forward.

The organizations that innovate today will lead tomorrow.
