IAMC Negotiated Room Rate: $199 (plus taxes/fees) per night
Check in: 4 p.m. local time; Check out: 12 noon local time.

NOTE: Additional booking dates prior to or after the official conference dates are based on availability.

Special Group Rate: Available 3 days prior and 3 days post (as available) and expires September 9, 2021, (unless sold out sooner); rate includes complimentary high-speed internet.

Cancellation Policy: August 27th is the last day to cancel Forum registration and receive a refund, less a $100 administration fee.

*Please Note:
You must cancel each hotel reservation by 48 hours prior to check in to avoid a one-night cancellation fee. “No-shows” are charged a full night’s room and tax. Early departures are charged 50% for each night the guest departs early.
