Thanks to the dedication of our leadership, committees and members, we achieved remarkable milestones in 2024, reinforcing IAMC’s role as a premier organization in industrial real estate.

Membership Growth & Engagement

2024 marked a historic achievement in IAMC’s membership growth:

• The Membership Recruitment Committee welcomed 85 new Corporate and CREA members, setting a new record for single-year recruitment.
• Corporate Member retention exceeded 80%, a testament to the enhanced outreach efforts of the Member Engagement Committee.
• This growth has strengthened IAMC’s ecosystem, driving increased participation from service providers and economic developers.

Expanding Digital Influence

IAMC’s LinkedIn strategy continues to drive engagement, with:

• Stronger messaging and content strategy leading to a steady rise in followers and post impressions.
• Increased visibility and influence within the industrial real estate and economic development community.

Record-Breaking Event Participation

IAMC events remain a cornerstone of member engagement, and 2024 delivered outstanding results:

• 29% combined corporate attendance saturation across Local and International Events.
• An average of 25 Corporate Members participating in each of our eight virtual Corporate Roundtables.
• A new attendance record at the Spring Forum in Greenville.

Financial Strength & Sponsorship Success

Sponsorships across the Spring Forum, Fall Forum, London Forum, Local Events and International Events reached an average of 98.6% of our annual goals, reflecting IAMC’s strong financial performance and industry support.
