For many new members, IAMC Ambassadors are one of the first friendly faces they meet – and the connection that helps them feel at home in our community.

We’ve recently expanded the Ambassador Program to support new members throughout their entire first year of membership, not just during their first Forum. Ambassadors are experienced IAMC members who know the ins and outs of both IAMC and our Forums. They serve as mentors, guides and connectors – helping new members navigate their first months, understand what to expect at Forums, and build relationships that last long after the closing session.

We’re excited to welcome two dynamic professionals to the IAMC staff who will help further elevate our offerings and member experience.

Joining our team are Charlene Manuel, our new Director of Education & Research, and Andrea “Andi” Rawl, who steps into the role of Director of Professional Development. Each brings a unique background, deep expertise, and infectious enthusiasm—and we’re thrilled to have them on board.
