IAMC’s biannual North American Forums are more than just conferences; they are opportunities to connect, learn, and celebrate the organization’s thriving community. Since Spring 2021, IAMC has marked each of these gatherings with a unique and cherished tradition: the Challenge Coin. 

The philosophy of continuous improvement, introduced by W. Edwards Deming in the 1950s, is more than just a guiding principle – it’s the foundation of IAMC’s success. Thanks to the dedication of our leadership, committees and members, we achieved remarkable milestones in 2024, reinforcing IAMC’s role as a premier organization in industrial real estate.

An IAMC International event at the Hilton London Kensington in November featured EMEA logistics insights from Kevin Molfid, head of logistics research at Savills; a discussion of “the carbon cost of location” by Cushman Wakefield’s Sally Bruer; and an exploration of site selection and current FDI trends by Nicholette Ross, managing consultant at Global Location Strategies.
