Sara Ross is the Director of Innovation and Product Development at the Institute for Health and Human Potential (IHHP). In addition to delivering Leadership programs across North America as IHHP’s Master Leadership Facilitator, she leads the Innovation Division at IHHP in the research and development of their programs, assessments and leadership products.
