IAMC Negotiated Room Rates: This property has multiple room types at the negotiated rate starting at $419.00 CAD/$305.00 USD (plus taxes/fees) per night available on a first-come, first-served basis based on space availability at the group rate.

• Complimentary access to internet in guest rooms by enrolling in Accor Club or $13.95 CAD per room, per night.

• Overnight self/valet parking is $45.00 CAD per car, per night; Daily self/valet parking is $25.00 CAD per car, per day.

IAMC Negotiated Room Rates: This property has multiple rooms types at the negotiated rate starting at $323.00 CAD/ $241.00 USD (plus taxes/fees) per night available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Deadline: The IAMC group rate expires on August 12, 2024.

Important Information:

• Each reservation must be guaranteed with a valid credit card with a one-night's deposit, refundable up tot 5 business days in advance to arrival. 
• The rates are valid during the convention dates as well as (3) day before and (3) after upon availability. 
• Discounted parking $22.00 CAD + taxes; Valet Service/Unlimited In & Out access $32.00 CAD + taxes. 
• High Speed Internet - $5.99 per day, plus taxes (Free for Hilton Honor); Premium Internet - $11.95 per day, plus taxes. 
• You must cancel hotel reservation 5 business days prior to checking in to avoid a one-night cancellation fee.

IAMC Negotiated Room Rates: This property has multiple rooms types at the negotiated rate starting at $229.00CAD/ $217.00 USD (plus taxes/fees) per night available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Deadline: The IAMC group rate expires on July 11, 2024.

Important Information:

• Each reservation must be guaranteed with a valid credit card with a one-night's deposit, refundable up to 48hours in advance to arrival.

• Wireless High Speed Internet Access in Bedrooms and Public Places. 
• Access to the indoor pool, sauna, and exercise room. 
• You must cancel hotel reservations before 48 hours of the arrival date. A one-night room night will be charged to the credit card passed teh 48 hour cancellation policy. 
• The cost for indoor parking is $30.00 CAD per car + taxes (subject to change without notice). For vehicles bigger than a standard car, there is no parking or valet services available at the hotel. 
• In order to qualify for the group rate, the reservation must be made before July 12, 2024.
