IAMC Negotiated Room Rate: $259.00 (plus taxes/fees) per night

NOTE: Additional booking dates prior to or after the official conference dates are base on availability. 

Special Group Rate: Available 3 days prior and 3 days post (as available) and expires April 7, 2022 (unless sold out sooner); rate includes complimentary high-speed internet.

HOTEL ROOM POLICIES & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: 

• Each reservation must be guaranteed to a credit card.  
• You must cancel each hotel reservation by 72 hours prior to check in to avoid a one-night cancellation fee
• "No-shows" and early departures are charged a full night's room and tax.  
• April 7, 2022 is the LAST DAY to book a room in our group block and receive the discounted rate. 
• *Fees include a discounted resort amenity package @ $20 per day and includes:
  (2) beach chairs and (1) beach umbrella per day
  (2) welcome beverages per stay
  (2) fitness classes per day (see spa for class schedule)
  Resort-wide high-speed internet access
  (1) hour of tennis with rackets and balls per day
  (1) hour of non-motorized water sports equipment for 2 people per day (age restrictions and weather permitting)

Cancellation Policy: March 25 is the last day to cancel Forum registration and receive a refund, less a $100.00 administration fee. Refund request must be made in writing to marlene.fish@iamc.org.
