IAMC Negotiated Room Rate: $154 Weekdays (Sun-Thu)/$174 Weekend (Fri & Sat) - plus taxes/fees per night. A link to book within IAMC's room block will be emailed to you with your Forum registration confirmation.

NOTE: Additional booking dates prior to or after the official conference dates are based on availability. 

Special Group Rate: Available 3 days prior and 3 days post (based on room availability) and expires March 8, 2023 (unless sold out sooner); rate includes complimentary high-speed internet.

HOTEL ROOM POLICIES & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: 

• Each reservation must be guaranteed to a credit card. Attendees will be charged a one night's room/suite rate plus resort fee and tax at time of booking. 
• You must cancel each hotel reservation by 48 hours prior to check in to avoid a one-night cancellation fee
• "No-shows" and early departures are charged a full night's room and tax.  
• March 8, 2023 is the LAST DAY to book a room in our group block and receive the discounted rate. 
• A Daily Resort Fee of $15.00 is included in the group rates:
   - Wireless internet service
   - Daily newspaper
   - Access to Notary
   - Unlimited local and 800 calls
   - Bottled water (2) per guest room
   - Access to fitness facility
   - Printing of boarding passes
   - Complimentary parking and pool access

Cancellation Policy: February 24th is the last day to cancel Forum registration and receive a refund, less a $100.00 administration fee. Refund request must be made in writing to marlene.fish@iamc.org.
