Case Study: USNC Selects Gadsden, Alabama for Advanced Microreactor Assembly Plant
Ultra Safe Nuclear Corporation (USNC) is a global leader and vertical integrator of nuclear technologies and services.  During this discussion, you’ll have an opportunity to learn more about this emerging technology and the role that modular reactors play in global energy production through zero-carbon nuclear energy.  Presenters will address applications for modular reactors, safety, siting considerations, and potential barriers to deployment.  Additionally, USNC recently announced plans to build the nation’s first commercial-scale advanced microreactors production factory in Gadsden, Alabama. USNC and its site selection consultant will share the process that it went through to select a location for its first reactor production factory.
