Program Overview

Power Land: Monetizing Surplus Property & Infrastructure
The heavy industries sector has historically struggled to find alternative uses for their retired assets, surplus property and infrastructure after decades of use.  Wall Street digital infrastructure funds now seek to acquire these types of assets.  This session will focus on how corporate owners of heavy industrial assets can repurpose/monetize their infrastructure to offer powered land sites to AI/data center users.

Supply Chain in Flux: Navigating Trade Shifts and Real Estate Strategies
Global supply chains are evolving rapidly, driven by shifting trade policies, geopolitical influences and technological advancements. Our expert panel will explore how these forces are shaping logistics, what challenges and opportunities are emerging, and the role of technology in building supply chain resilience. Most importantly, we’ll examine how corporate real estate leaders are positioning themselves for success in this dynamic landscape.
