Proposal Requirements:

In your submission, please include the following information:

  • At which of the following type(s) of events you would be comfortable presenting: Forum, Local, International and/or Webinar.
  • The session topic/title/description, including how it aligns with the event theme (if applicable) and how it will benefit corporate real estate end users, economic developers and service providers
  • The session format – panel, single presenter, etc.
  • What attendees will take away from the session Proposed speaker(s) and/or panelists, including their membership status in IAMC
  • Any other details

Thank you for your interest in sharing your knowledge and expertise at an Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC) event. IAMC programs professional development offerings with the intention of providing timely, relevant information with immediately useful takeaways.

Please review the information below prior to submitting a proposal.

  • No Promotions Policy - All IAMC moderators, speakers and panelists are asked to align with IAMC’s No Promotions Policy of refraining from promoting specific geographical areas, facilities, service providers, products/services or themselves.
  • Speaker Fees & Registration - Most of our speakers donate their time, travel and fees to support the ongoing professional development of the industrial real estate industry. By responding to a request from IAMC or submitting a proposal, you are acknowledging that you are willing to consider speaking at no cost, provide your own travel and if applicable, register for the event.
  • Review Process - All proposals will be reviewed by the Professional Development Committee. The Professional Development Committee reserves the right to reject or defer any proposals submitted.

IAMC Mission: To be the leading professional association for corporate real estate in the industrial sector offering members peer-level problem solving, leadership development, collaboration and relationship building.

Our industrial real estate leaders are balanced across (1) corporate real estate executives from Fortune 500 companies, (2) key industrial platform service providers and (3) economic development organizations representing 48 states, Brazil, Mexico and the United Kingdom.

Professional Development Platforms:

In-person and recorded presentations can range from 45 minutes to 75 minutes and may include sponsor recognition, introductions and Q & A. When submitting a proposal, please indicate the type of format(s) best suited for your presentation:

Annual Opportunities:

Forums

  • Spring and Fall Professional Forum
  • 3 ½-days each featuring professional development and networking
  • Attendance: 300 - 500

Locals

  • Six - Seven per year
  • ½-days each offering professional development and networking
  • Attendance: 30-50

Webinars

  • Six - Eight per year
  • 1 hour max in length
  • Attendance: 30-50

International

  • Three - Six per year
  • 1 - 2 days each featuring professional development and networking
  • Attendance: 50-100
