During this session, Sergio will share his experience in GM, and specifically his work at the Gravataí Plant where he was responsible for implementation of the main phases of development. He will also share his perspective on the Brazilian automotive industry.
Lúcia is a lawyer who specialises in real estate law. In the past 20 years she has represented many clients in the areas of real estate and infrastructure. During her presentation she will share her experience on what to address; how to negotiate; and how commercial real estate owners are being called upon to adjust their approach to leasing in the current market.
