Program Overview
Executive Coaching Challenges & Solutions for Today's Leaders
(This program is exclusively for corporate end-users)
Since the early 2000's, executive coaching for mid to senior leaders in the organization has gained traction as a mainstream development tool for companies, firms and agencies across many industries in the US. Senior leaders now see coaching as an essential way to develop their current and future leadership talent, due to its one-on-one, tailored-to-the-individual, followed-up-and-reinforced-over-time benefits which tend to sink in learning and new skill development through reinforcement and accountability for practicing new leadership behaviors.

Featured Speaker: Steve Garrett, Principal, Garrett Consulting

Smart Building and Reducing Energy Costs
In this session, IAMC Member Karl Heitman, will moderate an interactive discussion regarding current applications and emerging trends that will maximize the ROI on your energy spend. Topics will include facility upgrades: SMART building controls and energy management systems, "what is really happening" with renewable energy, and future opportunities in monetizing carbon credits.

Featured Speaker: Karl Heitman, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, President, Heitman Architects Inc.

New Brownfield Redevelopment Solutions from New Technologies and Advanced Data Analytics
There have been many successful Brownfields projects using past tools and resources. But the old toolbox is inadequate for the more difficult, often "upside-down" sites. Technology will be the game changer. Advancement in data collection, analysis, access and delivery will enable redevelopment of a much greater number of paralyzed brownfield properties.

Featured Speaker:
Adam Meek, Principal, Brownfield Management Association, LLC.

Local Trends & Topics
This highly interactive program features a discussion format in which the moderator poses questions to the attendees on pressing local real estate and business issues. These can include real estate market conditions, local infrastructure, taxes, labor availability, among many others.

Featured Moderator: To be announced.
