Canceling Your Room Reservation

If you made your reservation through the IAMC Room Block at the Beau Rivage Resort, your reservation should have been automatically canceled by the hotel directly. Additionally, you should have received an email from Spencer Bauer, IAMC project manager, confirming this cancelation.

If your reservation was not through the IAMC Room Block, if you did not receive notice of a reservation cancelation, or if you are unsure if your reservation was inside of the room block, we encourage you to confirm your reservation cancelation directly with the hotel at 1-888-567-6667.

Please Note: The hotel is closed until March 31, and there is only one reservation agent working during this time. If calling before April 1, you may reach a voicemail stating that the hotel is closed or similar. Please do not be alarmed. The temporary hotel closing is the requirement of the Mississippi Gaming Commission at the direction of the CDC and other government offices.
